Odd behavior theft

I work on another autozone even though being a person in this store about 7pm thurs i observed a worker taking chips from beneath the counter along with a beverage from the cooler rather than spending money on them. Bear in your mind they don't know i work with another store being an psm about the east side of village. I subsequently observed this same person take what seemed to be a component in the store to and older green vehicle. Then he came in and asked me what i needed and said in my experience he didn't see me before within the shop... Their name-tag stated eric. I then looked to get a mgr with no one else was in the shop or outside possibly... I experienced this autozone wasn't well-run which idiot of an employee is why we've problems at autozone. 24 hours later i told my store mgr who advised to not try another shops issues... I believed it was very important to say something if anyone is hearing.
