Wayne They are flat out liars

It all started when my wife wanted a new Kia Soul. So I told her we would go and look at them and that way we would know what it would take for us to get one.

First lie Wayne told us, was that with both of our incomes togeather we would have no problum getting financed even with our bad credit. All we needed was $1,000 plus my 1994 Honda Accourd as a trade for a tax credit. Second lie. So of course my wife gets all excited and we come up with the money.

Next thing we get a call from Wayne telling us that two out of the four banks they use has turned us down. BUTT! One bank out of New Orleans, La (Cresent Bank & Trust) would approve us, but they want $3,000 down plus the trade witch Wayne said we would get $500-$1,000 for.

So now that they have both my wife and myself excited, we pull out all our savings and money we have set aside for our two young children Patrick (6) and Alicia (5) and put the money togeather. On Saturday July 23 on my sisters birthday we went in and signed the contract on a 2011 Kia Soul, that they were selling to us for $18,700, we had to put a $2,000 bumper to bumper warranty on it.

Now we had $3,000 down plus the $500 for our trade our payments are $441 a month for 72 moths. We leave a happy family and the kids and wife are exstatic.

Yesterday my wife calls me at work in tears, because again they lied to us and did not have an approval from the bank and they can not get us financed because I work for a Temporary Staffing Company. Wayne even told her that there is a federal law that says I can not be financed anywhere because I work for a Temporary Staffing Company because my employment is not permanent.

Of course I see it as anyone can lose their job at anytime. I'm in a better position because when my assignment is over, the company I work for just puts me on my next assignment the very next day. As to if my wife was to lose her job, there's no telling how long it would take her to find another job.

So to everyone at Southwest Kia who had a role to play in this game of lies to me and my family I wish nothing but the worst for you.

And to anyone who is interested in buying a New or Used Kia, stay away from any Southwest Kia.

P.S. Don't even try to contact Bill Dickinson, it is impossible. I don't even think the man exist. Because I've tried to get a hold of him to see if he could maybe talk to the finance company, being Wayne says he can put my wife in the car with her granny as a co signer. BUUUTTT yet grannys not the one that would be paying for the car. I would be paying $32,000 for a $19,000 car for my wife and not even get any credit for it. Or as Wayne said we have to bring the car back to them...
