Wayne D. Pilgrim ripoff lied not dot complyent stole theive liar threatened held my money

I leased a truck off of w. D pilgrim trucking the first 2 mon. Were good until wayne the owner started selling more of his trucks that he still owed on through a bank we all were told he did'nt owe anything on them.

He then started changeing the rules. He told me and other drivers not to talk together about the company. He then spread bad rumors that we each were talking bad and telling wayne every thing each other said.

This took weeks to get right. Then he fired a driver for unknown reasons. He has lied to me my wife and other drivers he owe's me money that he says I will never see he is now taking my truck back and I don't have the money to fight him I owe a little over $17,000. And an attorney will cost me $1,200. Just to file and look over the contract.

I have nothing he won't give me my paycheck $1,600. Plus. He is charging me money to fix his tralier when the west virgina D.O. T gave me a good level two inspection ruled the trailer's stake pockets were not welded properly and we should sue the trailer company. But instead he sees it as an opportunity to finally get rid of me and get the truck back I have $9,280.in truck payments and thousands in truck repairs invested.
Please be careful and let an attorney look over any contract you sign.

I just can't belive this is going to happen to me my two kids and wife he is not just riping me off that's what hurts the most is mt 3 year old son asking things about the truck and why someone that he likes is taking our truck away.
