Gosh, wish we would have found the prior complaints for West Coast Trans Inc. They ran 12 hours late then shut down the truck and demanded a cash payment before they would deliver. This was an extremely important shipment and caused us and our clients thousands of dollars. Our client finally found this driver at a local truckstop and called the police who then escorted the truck to our yard, finally after paying the driver directly with cash they released the freight delivering 27 hours past the contracted agreement. Never use this company.
