Stole New Parts & Replaced With Used

I bought a new 2011 Jeep Wrangler from Allen Mello Dodge in Nashua NH on 7/9 to find the brand new soft top was defective. The dealer switched the new top with a used top from another vehicle that had been sitting on the lot with scratches and a bent frame, and now is refusing to order me the new parts that I origianally paid for. It has been 18 days and I am now being called after 9pm by the GM, Jim Kacavas who is yelling and swearing at me daring me to go to the Attorney General. I have filed with the AG, BBB, and Chrysler Corporation.
