A-1 Cardone supplier 2 bad steering racks, 2 labor claims and am out over 1000 dollars

On 4/25 I purchased a A1 Cardone steering rack #26-1690 for a 1996 toyota avalon from Oreillys auto parts, we installed it and had it aligned and in 40 miles the customer brought car back and when you turned it one way the wheel would come back off center and then when turned the other way it would come back off center the other way, it was determined everything in the steering and suspension was good and the rack was at fault, so we contacted Oreillys and they sent another rack and installed it and submitted a labor claim for 422.50

After the 2nd rack was installed and was on alignment rack it was found when you turned the steering wheel the left tire would move a few inches but the right side wouldnt move and after a few inches travel of left tire then it would start turning. After showing the customer this he took car and was going to bring it back the next day for another rack since it would have had to been ordered.
