Wrong Engine

I bought an engine from Hectors brother for my explorer and when they delivered it, it was the wrong engine. They would not pick it back up, then for six months he gave me lies week after week, "its at another yard, bring your core first, let me ask my brother" my attorney sent him two letters and now Hector has not been in contact. Went to speak to Hectors brother to speak about why they are treating people like this and after 5 minutes he was tongue tied and he started yelling and screaming while I remained calm. He kicked me out huffing and puffing. They have owed me 800 cash for 8 months now. I am taking them to civil court now. Someone should really put a stop to these modern day scavengers. They have no regards to anyone no matter what their situation.
