I bought a car engine from them on the 1/9, it was not delivered until the 1/15. The mechanics put it in on the 1/17. It ran for almost an hour and then stopped. It never ran again after that. The sales associate said they would replace the engine as it has a three months warranty. Well, it never even ran for three hours and the car did not even leave the shop before the engine died. Standard Auto Wrecking Co., Inc collected the engine about two weeks after and up to now 3/12 I cannot get a new engine or a refund of my money. When I call, which is almost ever day, they say they are working on it. I lost my job as a result of not being able to go to work and my wife has to take a taxi every time she goes to and from work. I went down there to speak to them on several occasions and the story is always the same. It is clear they have no intentions of finding and engine or refunding my money even after they collected back the bad engine.
