I named directly into demand support at 7:52 PM today where it had been conveyed to me that there might 25 -45-minute delay period before appearance because there have been no additional calls in front of me. Nicely after 7 calls back to the dispatcher my vehicle was ultimately towed at 10:20 PM. During this period I had been within an unlit location with my kid and dog. Every time I named in I had been informed that I'd be named straight back to get a position update. This never happened despite a few period after I named the dispatchers conveyed the driver was 6 miles apart then 8 miles... None of the was accurate. The only real bright place was the good driver that turned up to help. I've never been more disappointed by AAA than I had been tonght. The organization should certainly contemplate eliminating the term devotion in the associate cards because it was definitely not shown today. I don't intend on reviving my account and might motivate others to not achieve this before they go through the same headache as me.
