Terrible mechanics

Our car was towed by aaa about the 2nd of september, towards the above named support store do to overheating. Because of the holiday it had been closed before 5th of july in those days i named rayco and informed them of the issue, they explained i required a water pump plus they qouted the price. I decided to get the job done after i acquired the car and drove home everything appear to be fine before 9th of september it started to overheat again today the water pump included a 1year warranty. I named rayco to deal with the problem also to see if they'd a collaboration in nj they informed me they didn't and so they needed to see the vehicle. I then took the vehicle to open skies technician shop about the 13 and was informed the leak is from the water pump and you will find traces of wax. I-drive back to rayco about the 15 to exhibit the findings of another technician they take a look tell me it was a deficiency in the manufacter and proceded to complete the job over underneath the warrenty then they tell me i want the radiator flushed to get rid of wax for 90.00 bucks or they wont warrenty the job i stated i'm not spending anymore money to get a job that will have been done properly the very first time and they need to pay me for my time gas and trouble. I quit the shop and today will require car to a different shop in nj mon morning. And i've no written warranty
