Shop at 1960 and Cutten road near Walmart

Broken car (Shattered group on suspension) when performing front-end positioning. Went suspension group into slam smashed group on driver-side back. Company recognize they strike slam but stated they'd not struck it quickly enough to interrupt the group. Pace isn't an issue. Fat and point-of contact would be the problem. They've to date declined to cover the harm. We'd to get rid of the suspension componet $150 and therefore are buying substitute group.
