Deceptive billing practices and unfair billing

I hired an automobile at hertz in the tradition mineta airport terminal to get a week. It had been put up by AAA and that I was informed it had been a $155 per week. I held it for 2 months and two times and delivered it. They held a 200 dollar deposit with my atm. After I delivered it I had been informed my statement was $525 bucks. I questioned why and she stated " thats all te hidden costs. I inquired what hidden costs and he or she stated fees and permit costs and also the AAA discount was just advantageous to per week. Used to donot have sufficient money. I named their corp office twice and was informed they'd return to me they never did. I dropped my atm and got a brand new one. Nowadays 07/15 they billed my new card having a different range 986.96. How did they are doing that. I'venot called my lender however but I must understand what action to follow.
