Additional costs

I hired an automobile from Hertz in Scotland and reserved it prepaid through Autoeurope. First they offered me an automobile having a faulty seatbelt after which the alternative vehicle had a tear within the tire!!! Lastly a few months after conclusion of the rental they charged mean additional $39, and also the cause provided was "prepaid Rental"!!! Its so horrible its nearly humorous! I declined to pay for the additional costs plus they ultimately decided to stop the cost, they delivered me a notice requiring cost and threatening to utilize a variety company! The notice was from their Client Selections division and wasn't authorized! I acquired the 800-number for this division and also have been looking to get to them since.

Our perception is the fact that Hertz have been in one heck of the clutter and also have no idea what they're doing. Shame, it had been once an excellent organization.
