Debra Dula I had pull up into Henrico Plaza after 7pm and saw the tow truck. I parked near Anthony's Plaza which closes at 11pm. I was only gone for 10 mins tops when he towed my car. The police call me 2 hrs. L

On the evening of April 29 after 7pm I pull into Henrico Plaza and I notice a tow truck at Firestone Auto Repair but thought no more about it. So I parked near Anthony's Pizza which stays open untill 11pm for no more than ten minutes when they towed by truck. I couldn't believe it. I had to walk home in bad weather, call the police because I thought my truck was stolen. Two hours later the police dispatcher informed me what had happen and suggested to me that it sounds like I have a civil suit. I file a suit and they never show up to court and the judge rewarded me with a settlement. I have not heard from Ms Dula jet. These people put me through changes, it was my last day on a job of thirty years when I had to take time off to get my truck. Ms Dula did not want to hear what I had to say and charge me 150 dollars. She said I was trespassing but the parking lots sign states NO TRESPASSING AFTER STORES HOURS and the last store closes at 11pm. Not only are these people money hunger, they are uneducated and wicked. They should not get away with taking money from innocent hard working people. I hope in some way that they get shut down.
