OVM Highly Fraudulent Business

When I first advertized with online vehicle market, I had first checked for fraudulent reports and there were none. Now there are some with the BBB and I am happy to have the RipOff outlet to be able to warn customers. If you post a car add on AutoTrader you can be assured that a pest of on-line vehicle selling businesses will be phoning you. I finally gave in to this guy from Calgary OVM called Brent Swain (perhaps the same Brent as this other customer is referring to). He apparently already had lined up a sale for me. That of course was not true and I never did get any calls. Upon their terms of the rental agreement, if after 10 weeks the car has not sold, I can get out of the contract and will be reimbursed $300. To be eligible I filed a notarised proof that my car had not sold (which is another added cost). After several calls to their customer service (Candice), and promises of being refunded via Paypal or by cheque, I still have not received anything (5 months later). Having paid with Master Card I thought I was protected but MC failed me as well. I had an email showing that OVM was going to use Paypal for a refund therefore MC uses this excuse as not being able to interfere!? Of course a fraudulent business will simply say anything to get out of payment and it looks like they are clever enough to know that doing it this way, the big credit card companies wont go after them. The irony. This is a virtual business with no physical address and all of these mischievous people hide cowardly in their home. I dont know how these people sleep at night.
