Stole from me

Today I quit in the Exxon stop at 10800 Study Blvd in Austin, Tx fo load my vehicle and obtain a scrub. The vehicle wash broke departing soap on my truck and that I went inside to request a refund. Manager Jordan arrived of his workplace and that I required a reimbursement since I had a need to move elsewhere to obtain the soap off my vehicle. He explained He desired to observe my vehicle that we directed to. I told him he was pleasant to ride-through the vehicle wash with me if he didn't believe him. He screamed at me and stated he wouil provide me a person complaint form to complete. I got annoyed and named him an Asshole and he proceeded to contact law enforcement and not store at Exxon again.

I've been an EXXon client since 1986 or more so far I've been handled as though my company is essential.

All I'm requesting is just a $10. Credit to my account.
