My son went into the Exxon on Houston Levy. He turned 18 today. He bought his ticket at another location, scratched them off and realized that he had won. We stopped at the Exxon location and the man in the store by the name M. Ali said that he had to wait until midnight. When I came in because that made no sense. I told him I was going to complain and he said great now take your tickets and leave.
