Damaged Shipment Delivery

Hi,
I shipped my 46" LED TV through UPS Bloomington, IL to Plano, TX and moved out from Bloomington to Plano on the same day with my family after shipping and paied $149.29 for shipment. When they delivered on June 23; even UPS delivery person noticed that because of the damage on the carton box, the screen got cracks. After reporting complaint, UPS picked that package on June 27 for inspection.in turn after that they sent to again Bloomington, IL UPS store by mentioning the package was damaged in transit. Now the UPS store at Bloomington told me they denied the damaged got because it is not packed properly. Please look into it and help me how to claim the damages of my TV.
