Horrible customer service

I purchased a battery from their website. What obtained was the incorrect one also it was faulty. It got two online demands and four telephone calls simply to obtain a return shipping name. Once they first got it back it required fourteen days, a telephone call and a contact to obtain a credit. Once the credit did seem it had been shorted by 10% without any description.

Within The 8 weeks I used hassling together I had been provided reasons just like a pc failed and also the credit card firm declined the credit.
