Out of Business now I am stuck with big bill on covered auto repai

I bought 2-yr coverage 07 and now in need of costly covered repairs and they went out of business approx 06.

There is a company that responds when you go on-line to old web-site and get phone number, but they just say they only bought on-line site and cannot help persons who were left out in the cold.

The Co. Should have given a warning they were shutting down. I pd. $445 for AC repairs last month and now have to spend $700 for mainifold intake gasket set.
