Sorrento breaks down

We enjoy our two Kias. I've an 2007 (purchased fresh) Amanti and my spouse includes a 2008 9bought new) Sorrento.

Till just a couple nights before we liked the Honda dealer and also the service-center where we purchased both vehicles.

Properly a week ago my spouse got her Sorrento set for its 30,000 distance going-over also it cost us about $350. For this service. Her vehicle went excellent your day we introduced it set for support. Nicely after buying up her vehicle we went in the future about two kilometers and had supper. THEN IT JUST HAPPENED! We were about the freeway planning home and had pushed about five kilometers after which a grinding sound camee in the back of her vehicle and thus we rapidly ooked for and discovered an escape place to draw into and APPRECIATE GOD it had been still day-light. Anyhow we did contact the Honda assitance # plus they delivered up a loaner vehicle and had our vehicle delivered for their service-center. THIS IS ACTUALLY THE CRITICISM when the service-center check within the entire vehicle and based on our statement they did WHY DID IT BREAK UP?
