Threadware warranty

I bought four Bridgestone tire from 9 Northern Tire, Inc for my 2007 Honda Odyssey. I've paper-work on tire rotation and handling and wheel-alignment (from both Ford supplier and 9 North Tire). It's a 65K tire warranty. I'm at 24.5K and also the tire has gone out of line and Ford claims I want new tire. I visited 9 Northern Wheels to see them to get a pro rate reimbursement and offer with fresh tires. They state, I have to buy new tires, they'll deliver the previous tires to Birdgestone for reimbursement with my preservation report for Honda Carland and 9 North Wheels. If Bridgestone gives he then will return this. I'd like more training and have to keep in touch with Bridgestone salesperson straight with Tel #.
