Bloomed flower review

I wish I could post all the emails sent between Bloomex and my fiancé so that I could warn anyone from ever ordering from this company. He ordered me a bouquet that arrived rotting and falling apart. He ordered a bouquet for his mother that arrived days late and the flowers were in the same terrible state. I live in British Columbia and she lives in Ontario so these are not the same flower distributers. Despite several phone calls to finally demand a refund we have no resolution like many others. We are left dumb founded. The women I spoke to tried their best but what I found completely unacceptable was the fact that I was promised calls from supervisors / management. If you want rotten or dying flowers that may or may not arrive this is the company.
