Ripoff, Shipped damaged equipment and the equipment was returned and "Charles" confirmed receipt of the material and advised that a credit would be issued

The company shipped damaged scooter and issued a call tag for pick and was to issue a credit on credit card account. However, "Charles" confirmed receipt of the merchandise and never issued the credit as promised. I have phoned the company and left messages and have not received a return call as of this date. The company also have a block on their phone from the area to prevent contact regardin the ripeoff.
