Ripoff fraudulent refund impossible! Deceptive company

Company solicits their program as a get out of debt with a credit line sort of company.

Company solicits a one time fee of $200.00 do be deducted directly from your bank account to be able to obtain a $4,000.00 credit line that can be used 'worldwide'.

Upon receipt of your package, you realize that you've received a catalog of mostly 'useless nicknacks' and items that can ONLY BE PURCHASED using your new ACS credit card!!!

They claim to be associated with over 54 backing facilities, but they cannot provide a list of any of them, and their credit card merely lists a 'customer service number'.

Refund... Per the initial letter received in the package received states that an R/A can be issued for refund of your deposit if you call within 30 days after receipt to listen to your sales call. Well... GOOD LUCK getting anyone to listen to your tape, or call you back! From receipt on 8/17/02 to 11/5/02, we are still fighting to get our money back! This is not what we expected, it wasn't explained the way it was received.
