Ripoff PCM reprograming and tire rotation

We have complained about the transmission swifting rough and we were always told there wasn't anything wrong. Then on our 40000 mile check up we were told our PCM needed to be reprogramed at a cost of $91.00. Not under our great warranty.

Then after we had spent $900.00 on Big-0 tires with free rotation, we were charged $72.80 for rotating my two month old new tires. It is hard to try to use FORD service when we get rip-off.
