I took my Taurus in for a vibration in the front end. I just had it at this dealer for tire balance and rotation. When I took it back they told me there was something wrong with my drive line. I was leaving for MI the next morning so they told me it would be fine to drive, so when I got there I took my car to the dealer I bought the car from and they told me that my tires were not balanced. They did a text on my car and I had a bent rim and also my tires were not balanced. Once they got everything fixed my car drives smooth. I paid for rotation and balance at one dealership to find out they never balanced my tires. They wanted to tear my car apart to look at the drive line then charge the service to ford since wy car is still under warrenty. I think Kidd Ford should be looked into on there service.
