Their service has been exceptional

It has been a very pleasent experience. Tom, in the service department has been exceptional! I'm not totally happy with my recent purchase of my 2011 Impala. I was told by the salesman (Bill Kess) over and over that the car would get much better mileage. Not true. I actually got better mileage with the bigger engine in my 07 Impala. I would easily go over 400 miles on a tank of gas with my old car. My 2011 will not get more then 30 miles a gallon and with a smaller tank I only go about 375 miles on a tank. I like the car but I think I was misled a little. I will continue to do business with Carl's because I really do like the dealership. I just think Bill Kess is your topical used car salesman that would sell his mother a lemon.
