Federal Mogul
Customer service failure coupled with rebate fraud and overpriced parts

Cars & Transport

I purchased overpriced brakes at the suggestion of our company's auto shop with the understanding I could get a $50.00 rebate to ease the cost. I took advantage of what they called a decent product and went for it. Actually, I've been taken advantage of as I'm out more money than I would've spent and I never got a rebate. I filled out and sent in all the required paperwork, original receipt, etc. Over 2.5 months ago. I checked the website and it still says they have not recieved my paperwork. I faxed a copy in, emailed customer service and have gotten no response in over a week. I called the help line and it's a message which states they will get back to you within 2 days. Personally I feel completely ripped off and let down. I will no longer purchase Federal Mogul products, which include: anco wiper blades, carter fuel products, champion spark plugs, fel-pro gaskets, moog steering/suspension components, national bearings/seals, sealed power engine components, wagner brakes, and much more.
