2:55 pm - noticed great noise behind me
2:56pm - back dr4iver side-window implodes
4:30PM - required vehicle to 1 Toyota dealer
Service Supervisor did a fast examination & stated an item struck the screen - I told him no, didn't notice sound apart from great screen before window imploded inside.
I told mgr that vehicle was bought in January with only 2789 miles -he ope3ned an incident with toyota cec. CEC wouldn't come to a decision without area support supervisor.
5;30pm - Support supervisor remaining concept with area supervisor via voice-mail

2;00pm - continued internet - discovered additional toyota entrepreneurs also had related issues (toyotanation.com - searfch for broken glass)
3:00 named toyota cec for follow-up - was transferred back again to Toyota one support supervisor
4:30PM - got call-back stating my request guarantee support under 36000 mile bumper-to-bumper guarantee rejected because of era of vehicle & miles
Servce Supervisor Tommy Rayl actually charged me of attempting to rip-off the dealer.
5:00pm ended phone conversation
