Dishonest Estimate. The owner hung up on me! Lied to me! Ripoff

I brought my 1993 Mercury Capri to Joes Garage - Big mistake! The car was overheating and they said the car neaded to have the radiator replaced. They said the total price would Approx $400. Well we believed them that the radiator had to be replaced but we decided to shop around to maybe find a better price. We found another shop that said that they could do the same thing for only $276. We brought the car there. They examined the car and found that there was a lose hose and that that was the only problem. It only cost $20 to fix.

Not only did JOES GARAGE intend to take advantage of us but they were going to charge almost double what it really cost to fix. I called the owner himself... He would not even speak with me. VERY VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS

Shame on you joe and your sorry business.
