DriveTime
Individuals needing assistance with Drive Time-Arbitration Agreement-Possible Class Action Suit

Cars & Transport

I understand the hesitation of people considering buying from Drive Time, but some of the people putting reports on this ad should note some things that I have found out and maybe this would help them. Do all these before a purchase or within six months of the purchase. Upon initial purchase of the vehicle you have an arbitration agreement that you are instructed to sign, find it in your paperwork and submit it to the Arbitration Association as shown-arbitration will want a copy of this too-You are given an AutoCheck Report, keep it handy, go to another dealership and tell them you are considering trading your vehicle and would like an trade in value, that dealership may ask if you want a Carfax on your vehicle-Of course you do, take both vehicle reports and compare them when you are sitting in front of your computer. Some items we have discovered about our truck that you may want to check on your vehicle as well are: Carfax says odometer discrepancy (go to a body shop and have them look close at your vehicle for oversprayed parts and misaligned sections), Auto Check says its clean, Carfax and AutoCheck shows lien (Call the state DMV and ask questions-it is public record), begin checking each line of both reports and see what does and does not check out making notes of people spoken to and their contact numbers. If after all the invesitgating you will find out either you have an issues with DriveTime, Carfax or AutoCheck but never give up, I am still searching daily and finding issues while waiting to go before the Arbitration Association so this can be done effectively enough to assist with a class action suit if enough people will just start looking and keep working on it together-We can beat them if we work together.
