Nissan - kia Of Middletown ripoff sold inspected 2003 kia with consealed body damage & bent frame

On Dec. 15 I purched a 2003 Kia Spectra w / approx. 9,400 miles. On dec. 22 I returned for repairs. The car did not handle properly. The tires were waring unevenly, and headlights were aimed at the sky among other minor details. They adjusted head lights and did a wheel alighnment AND road tested the car. Driving home I noticed the car Still did not handle properly.
On 01/03/04 I took car to an independant alignment shop. I was informed the car could not be aligned due to a bent frame and front end damage. On 01/05/04 I returned to Dealer to inform of this problem and hoped to receive a refund or exchange. I was offered a New car for $2,000. Additional. I was told to call back in 2 hours to see if car was ready. When I called Salesman I was informed the Sales-manager wouldn't approve the deal. They would ONLY accept Kia as a Trade-in for $3,000 less than my purchase price! Needless to say, nothing has been resolved to date!
