Sold Me A Car Which Broke Within 24 hours of My taking Ownership of the Automobile

I went to Nissan of Middletown and bought a 1999 Saab with 62,000 miles for $8,500 and a $986 1 year warranty. The very next day it broke down in my drive-way. I called their offices and was told to tow the car back. I live in Norwich so to towing bill was $190.00. When i arrived they took a look at it and determined that there was "water on the spark plug". I drove it home that day. The next day i was too nervous to take it out, but the following day i realized i had to. I was able to drive it to a local department store but as i was leaving the car broke down again. I was able to get it started however the check engine light came on. I got home and called the dealership.in frustration i asked for my money back, they told me they dont do refunds but that they could take a look and then informed me quote "we don't even have to do that". I took it back today and it was determined that a new air control motor. They informed me that they would not pay the expense and also that the warranty i bought did not cover this part. The price of the part was $537. When i was leaving i was handed my bill the bill showed that i did not owe anything, nothing for parts, labor or other and i was told that everything was "all set" and that i could go. I made sure that this was true and they reassured me that it was. I left with a copy of the bill as well as a copy of the one when i had it looked at on monday. At around 4:30 i received a call from the service department and they demanded payment. When I told them that i was looking at a bill that said i owed nothing they said that was a mistake and that they want my credit card number. When I had called a local Nissan dealership to ask if i could get it serviced there because of its close proximity to where i live they told me that the Middletown Nissan is known for "not standing by their cars".
