Back Auto Parts Sells Parts They Don't Have And Takes Your Money Don't do Business With Them Complete Rip Off

On May 23 I called back on the road auto parts for a transmission for my mother car. I talked with Antonio Dominguez he told me he had 2 that would fit one with 34,000 miles and one with 42,000 miles, so I said how soon could i have it he said by Friday or Monday. I went ahead paid by debit card $690.43. So a couple days went by I decided to call and check the shipping status but I had misplaced the number so I keyed in the name on search engine and Two complaints about fraud came up on them so I got real alarmed. I called Antonio I said what's the status of my shipment he said oh you'll have your transmission by Monday, So I said I've done read a couple negative statements about your businees I hope I'm not getting ripped off, he says those customers get mad cause they cancel their orders and we keep 20 percent of their money, I said ok. So On Friday May 27 I called back at 11:45am I said has my transmission shipped? He said oh didn't nobody get in contact with you about 9 this morning or you didn't get an email? I said no, he say when we got ready to ship your transmission it was cracked, I said Ok I Thought you had 2, he said we don't have another one to fit your car, I said where is my refund id it took you 2 minutes to debit, it shouldn't take you but 2 minutes to refund it back. I went back to work to look for that 9 o'clcok email the only email I received from Antonio was the one he emailed after we got off the phone that same morning about a refund for $649.43. I called him several times and sent 2 email asking where was my other $41.00, after finally talking to him he said oh they didn't refund the taxes you paid it's just been credit. Several days passed by still no 41.00 so I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Antonio emailed me and said, "you already figuered out what the problem when you filed your own BBB I can't help you". On June 6th I called Antonio and said you said you told me you had refund my 41.00 but I have never received it, he told me you filed a claim with the BBB I can't help you unless the claim is closed. If you know of anybody looking for a parts, please tell them not to do business with Back On The Road Auto Parts in Pinellas Park Florida they are a rip off, fraud ans scam. Anybody reading any complaints about them they are true, I am aliving witness. I
