Unauthorized work, padding the bill, AND MORE

We sent in a trailer with the instructions to "Check & Advise" on brakes, and air leak, to install 4 auto slack ajusters (WE supplied the ajusters) install some lights (we supplied the lights) and to "Check & Advise" on the lifgate. And tl let us know what it would need and the cost, now mind you there was NO signed work order as they were to call with the costs. 2 weeks later we got a call from Debra Smith, who said the trailer was ready, and the bill was over $8,000 dollars.

NONE of the work was authorized, did all the brakes, they added shocks, the NEVER touched the air leak, they DAMAGED the door on the reailer and there "Shop techs WIPED there GREASY HANDS on the inside of the trailer. They would not release the trailer even though we had an account, it had to be paid for right then. Upon picking up the trailer the Driver pointed out the Grease, the Damage and where they did items that were not even requested.
