Poor cusomer service did not complete work

My experience - I was not satisfied and very upset. I brought my 2007 trailer in for insurance claim (I had a blow out and it damaged wheel well and some water lines) They called me after repairing trailer and I paid the $2300.00. That next weekend I went camping and found there to be a water leak in the same spot were damage occurred. This was slow leak and took all three days of my camping to notice since it filled up in a puddle inside the trailer above the corrugated plastic (about 6 gallons). I called and informed them of problem with the work. They told to me bring it in but also stated that if this problem was not related to repair they would charge me. Well the leak is in the same spot were they did work and leaked from the accident. I was surprised they even said this. I was told they could not find leak. They charged me 169.00 for a problem they did not resolve. I will call manager next and if no results I will file civil case. This leak can damage my trailer.
