Great experience dealers

I purchased a BMW from Prestige in Ramsey NJ in Dec. It was a great experience and easy too! The salesman wasn't pushy and we felt very welcome. We got a great price and didn't feel cheated. I think we actually got an amazing deal since we went to various other BMW dealers and left one of them pretty pissed off (they were seriously horrible).

Anyway, fast forward 6 months and I want a service. We had purhcased Nu-Care and wanted to get some scratches etc taken care of and do an oil change at the same time.

When i walked into the dealer, the service guy told me — you don't need an oil change yet, you will get a free service in 1000 miles, why pay $200 now when you can get it done for free in a few months.

BUT b/c I didn't get an oil change I wasn't supposed to get a free loaner... The service guy again was SO KIND and let me have one since I was there! He also stated that since it will take a long time to get the car finished, it would be best just to come back on saturday morning b/c he didn't want me to fight traffic to get there in case the car wasn't ready. (I live about 1 hour away).

I continue to have great experiences at this dealer — the best I have ever had! I would recommend this dealer to ANYONE!
