Poor customer service, and no after the sale support

I purchased a 2008 Grand Prix GXP as a certified preowned vehicle in December. Two weeks after spending over $20,000 on this vehicle we had our first snowfall since the purchase. My wife tried to turn a corner, and the vehicle went straight. It slid into a snow bank and did some damage to the front bumper. I checked the vehicle out to find out what could have caused the poor traction. I pulled the tires up on the internet only to find their snow and ice rating was NA. I went through Ramsey Pontiac to purchase a new set of all season radials, which for the tires that fit the GXP cost me over $1000.00. I thought for sure that when I took it into the body shop they would surely help me get my car fixed. A new bumper painted replaced would cost $1450.00, or they could fix it for around $1200.00 without the new bumper, just fixing the old one. The cost would be all labor. I was shocked to find our that Ramsey didn't care about my situation, and wasn't going to do anything to help me out. The dealer's manager even had the nerve to insinuate that it sounded like my wife (A woman driver) was fully to blame.

Selling a car in Iowa in December, and not even telling the customer that the tires had no snow and ice rating, which led to my, over $20,000 car, now having $1400 damage wasn't there problem. They could have fixed this with just labor for a few hundred dollars which I would have gladly paid. It's funny, the smug attitude wasn't there when I was the customer about to purchase the vehicle two weeks before. I found another body shop that does excellent work. Their price $497.00 RAMSEY PONTIAC Nicest guys you ever met when you're about to buy a car. Don't even remember your name two weeks later.
