Ripoff sale of 200cc ATV Internet nationwide

I purchased a 200cc ATV at one of Homier Mobile Merchants travling sales events in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, When I purchased the ATV, I inquired about them putting it together, they informed me that if they put it together it would void the warranty, and that it was very simple, all I had to do was put the tires on (they forgot to tell me they needed air too), and raise the handle bars and tighten them down (they forgot to tell me me I needed to attach the headlight, which became quit cumbersome).

When I got the ATV home and unloaded it and started to put it together not only this I discover the problems with putting it together, but the (spacer, lock nut w/cotter key, and the rubber but cover for the left front tire was missing), and after all that I turned the key to the start position, and pushed the electric start button and nothing happened, it would not start nor did it attempt to start.

I have calledd each day for 3 days leaving a message with my phone number to call me about this matter, and I have sent them an e-mail each day for 3 days about this matter and they have not responded.
