Failure to accomplish engine change

I bought a BMW x5 in November also it grabbed on me 2 nights later I had been recommended it required a brand new turbo therefore bought one had it installed subsequently was informed it had been motor harm and so I acquired an engine of web from MDKL Engines nevertheless when it came it had been the incorrect kind! They got it in the past delivered a different one however it was in appauling condition-so we declined to maintain it and required they gather it and reimbursement people the £1995 settled. It got six months in order for them to gather and we're still awaiting reimbursement evidently they've gone breast or renamed themselves!!! Therefore we contact Motor Factory plus they consider my BMW x5 and reveal they require £2000 to correct and place in recon motor etc 12 Jun we settled via charge card but obtained tel phone 2 nights later stating they required extra cash as harm worse as first cited therefore compensated £2398.26 on 16th June. As we obtained our bankl declaration we realized MPH Executive had really obtained cash from lender no Motor factory??? They'd my vehicle for more than 18 weeks with plenty of reasons and overlooked calls we eventually got named with a BMW storage regional saying they'd muy vehicle to 'evidently' complete it down however they were declining to the touch it as it was in a determined condition and that I should certainly view it!!! Therefore we organize to truly have the vehicle up-lifted immideately and saved. Therefore we're today in ownership of the vehicle we can not afford to correct and £1995 owing for an engine and £4600 approximately for fix which was never completed AND my vehicle in in poor method dents, scores, oil on leather chairs etc. I'm hoping anything but nothing appears to capture these thieves.
