Used car, not as promised, poor service

Pretty poor service. Bought a used BMW there, paid an agreed upon price with the agreement that the power mirrors would be fixed and the heated seats (which will BURN the occupant) would be looked at.in the end, after telling me the "car was ready", I found (after loading my 10 month old into the car) that NEITHER had been taken care of. When questioned, the sales representative stated that "because you're an engineer, we thought you'd enjoy fixing it yourself." Classy. NEVER EVER going back.in retrospect: I should have handed the keys back on the spot, and walked.
