Air bag don't deploy

I'd like my cash dropped my work driving within this 2006 buick lacrosse and also the air-bags did not release. Hit my mind, legs screw up and my back got approached onetime and not recived another demand the repsitive from GM. I do want to no are they likely to spend me for that cash i dropped spending the chiprotaor with is 4,000.00 in need my cash im nearly about the road due to their vehicle.
