They don't want to refund my money for the tie-down system

Lately bought a slip-in van and tie down program out of this dealer. The tie down program has triggered $3000.00 in problems towards the vehicle they suggested I get for that van. Additionally, the van almost dropped off my vehicle inside the first 5 miles of making the dealer. Both top tie downs totally dropped off someplace about the interstate. They're being significantly less than supportive in refunding my cash and fixing the problems. They do not wish to return my cash for that tie down program or purchase a rental while my vehicle has been fixed. For me, they understand not the things they do!
