Contract fraud

In march I purchased a 1993 mazda rx7 from aria motor sports. It was a very fair price 13995 and i decided to buy it. That particular car is very difficult to maintain as a result of its engine type so i purchased a 2 year service contract for about $1300.

The thrid party PRco (Prcousa.com) provided the contract. I noticed the day after i bought it a smell of fuel. I had it checked out, was told no problems all is good.

In july while pulling into my apt complex it burst into flames and burned up. The insurance company declared the vehicle a total loss paid off the loan and forwarded the balance to me. I asked about the service contract they said that was between me and the dealer.

I spoke to the dealer they explained a complex process involving getting documents notorised etc. I worked 60 hours a week and felt i would worry about it when i had time.

I decided it should not be that tough and got a hold of PRco. PRco promptley refunded the dealer for the full balance remaining on the contract. The dealer now apparently has no management. I have called over 100 times to speak with "mike" who is never there. Finally i caught him on the phone he told me to come in on sunday and there would be a check for me.

Needless to say there was no check and mike dissapeared again. No one there would even tell me who owned the place. So PRco told me the owners name is Mike Payind. So now we are going to court.

Isnt this rediculous. I figure they do this to everyone. Dont do business with this company. Additionally the BBB has a negative rating on them stateing they dont respond. I also complained to the BBB. I really dont want to go to court.
