I bought an automobile from Florida Direct Car on 6/21/10 and was offered a long guarantee for one more $1,931.00 which was named the MasterTech Car Protection System. We received all the paperwork about the guarantee. We'd a problem using the vehicle and required it directly into be fixed. We offered the seller the guarantee info (Ron Carter Cadillac) plus they advised us the Manager advised them that Texas Direct Car had never posted the plan for them plus they are necessary to achieve this within 60-days of the purchase. I've now been educated the guarantee is null and emptiness. I've had trouble obtaining one to contact me back from Texas Direct Car. I'll make an effort to possess the cost corrected through American Express, but believe I've been robbed.
