Dishonest auction practices

Positioned a bet on the car at Texas Primary through ebay. The bet realized the reserve cost the seller had about the vehicle. Received a notice from ebay 24 hours later that my bet have been ended. Named the dealer plus they stated somebody arrived to their lot and provided them a much better cost than my bet. Ebay policy claims that once a book is fulfilled on an auction, the automobile is recognized as offered. Obviously, the cost may increase also it may visit another bidder, however the vendor has basically offered the automobile when the book is fulfilled. Named the ebay plus they were excellent to assist me document a proper complaint against Texas Immediate, not that I've any wish that it'll do worthwhile. Ultimately bought Jimmy Gloff at Texas Immediate and he explained they managed to get an insurance policy to achieve that and they were not incorrect in doing this. Therefore be it. But watch out for you believe you've purchased anything from these secrets. They do not follow ebays terms of support and certainly will mess within the market bidder.
