David Burks Thief, Crook, Dishonest, Selles cars with ILLEGAL inspection stickers! Should be investigated!

David sold me a used car. Said it was just inspected in VA, and would have no problem being inspected in Md. It was a lie. The Chevy dealer I took it to found more than 8 safety issues - total cost to repair, a staggering $3,942. I immediately contacted David Burks and he wouldn't take the car back or make repairs, as most reputable dealers would. Told him the Chevy dealer said most of the Safety Issues found would not pass in ANY state. To that David just hemmed and hawed but was completely unagreeable to reversing the deal. Now I have a car sitting, that I don't have the money to fix. David is the lowest of the low!!! The authorities should look into how he gets stickers for cars that clearly have a multitude of safety issues. David is truly a USED car salesman, and a crook. Don't do business with this scam artist.

See you in court Dave, and expect a visit from the VA state Police regarding how you obtain your inspection stickers...
