David Penberg has been to our check cashing place and ripped us off. He willing wrote bad checks that he knew there would never be any money for us to cash. Upon investigation we have found that he has done with with other check cashing places all over town. David Penberg is a thief and a Liar and needs to be stopped. If you are asked to cash a check or lend him money report him to the local police department. There is now a warrant out for his arrest
