Amber Bussman dishonest dealership, stuck with a car I cannot drive, dodging phone calls

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and sent all the requested paperwork repeatedly. Matter fact they asked me to fax it so many times I ended up refusing to fax anymore and scanned it in. I thought I did my homework by running complaints, checking them out on ebay, hired a mechanic to do a pre-inspection, etc...
When I received the vehicle, it had a 30 day temporary tag, which expired on 5/7 (2 days ago). On 4/27, I called and told them I was concerned that the title was not here and the tag was expiring. I had already called the Florida MVA who advised they had requested the title, but they had not requested it to be expedited. Normal processing is 4-6 weeks. I asked them what was the cost of a temporary tag and they said it was FREE. Amber Bussman and Steven Garate refused to request another temporary tag although all it would cost would be the fee to mail it.
When the title was not received on Wed, 5/4 I started calling again and they told me it was mailed. On Friday, 5/6 it was STILL not received so I started calling again and they told me they had a tracking number and would call me back. At that point they stopped answering my calls from phone numbers they knew. When calling from a different phone number, the owner stated the title had been overnighted and then he stated it was sent 2nd day air. Although no one can provide a tracking number.
NOW... It is 2 days later. I have a car I cannot drive. I cannot tag it in my home state with anything other than a title. I am still paying car insurance since the car has a lien so now I will be forced to pursue legal action.
Be wary of this dealership. You may love the car, but it is not worth it. They will seem to be pushy, but nice. Don't do it!!!
